Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown cartons. If you
have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your
branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: Full Payment for retail and wholesales please contact our
officer for negotiation.
Q3. Which shipping company you assign?
A: We currently partner up with DHL, Fedex and TNT.
For big quantity, we have coopered with express line, air and sea
agents.
Kindly inform our officer if you have your own preference.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 3 to 7 business days after receiving
your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the
items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can I request discount for bulk purchase?
A: Yes, please contact us today to get quotation for bulk purchase.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but
the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, all our product is 100 % tested as we have a dedicated
Quality Control Team to test products before delivery.
Q8: What is your export country?
A: North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia?and
so on.
